Spend two creative days exploring textiles and stitch as you design and make your own stunning “Flowers in a Vase” artwork.
You’ll begin by choosing the flowers for your vase, deciding on its shape, and planning how you’d like your background to look. Using free-machine embroidery, you’ll bring your flowers to life with threads and colours of your choice. You’ll also paint your background and vase fabrics, then add layers of detail with fabrics, embellishments, and creative techniques to complete your picture.
By the end of the weekend, you’ll have developed a unique textile artwork ready to frame or display.
