Youth Mental Health First Aid - Free Course, Open to the Public
Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) is a crucial program designed to equip adults (parents, teachers, caregivers, and community members) with the skills to recognize and respond to these challenges. This course covers common mental health issues among youth, reviews typical adolescent development, and teaches a 5-step action plan to assist young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations.
