This is a dynamic, powerful class with roots in Ashtanga, Iyengar, Baptiste, Werner, and Bikram styles. Expect to sweat and get your heart rate up. Challenge yourself and take your practice to the next level.

Open to everyone! Previous yoga experience suggested.
Classes are $5.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your first class.
WHAT TO BRING:
Yourself, comfortable clothes that will be ok upside down, and water.
If you have your own yoga mat or props, bring those as well but we're fully stocked if not.
