Chakra Refresh Class

The Chakra Refresh class is a guided class working through each chakra to clear stagnant energy & restore balance. We begin with the root chakra and end with working on your aura utilizing yoga, Pilates, and meditation. While we are working through each area you will be receiving Reiki to assist in opening your chakras.

All sessions are approximately 1 hour long and bottled water will be provided. Yoga mats are highly recommended. $10

***This is a great class for anyone who may not be able to get in for a regular energy healing session, but could use some work getting their chakras moving.
