Salem Soul and the High Point Horns are a 11-piece Funk, Soul, R&B band from the Winston-Salem Triad area. The band formed in 2025 from a collection of Funk-loving R&B nerds who met over a shared love of Soul and R&B music as well as the powerful horn bands of the 60's, 70's and 80's, and who all just couldn't get enough Chicago, Tower of Power, Earth, Wind and Fire, Motown and R&B. Their unique brand of entertainment fuses hard-hitting soulful grooves and a respect and care to our fans with powerful horn arrangements and silky-smooth lead singer that will make you want to smile and dance and sing along
