This year's event promises to bring the holiday magic, showcasing 77 varieties of poinsettias, totaling over 12,000 individual plants, creating an ocean of color. This will be the second year for the poinsettia display in our new 9,216-square-foot state-of-the-art greenhouse. This collection is the result of our growers collaborating with some of the industry's most prestigious breeders. Visitors will have the experience of exploring new and classic varieties from Suntory, Syngenta, Express Seed, Beekenkamp, Selecta, Dümmen Orange, and Lazzeri. Each of these breeders brings their unique contributions to the poinsettia world, from innovative, fashionable colors to durable, long-lasting plants.The trials officially begin on November 28, when the elaborate displays will be fully set up and ready for viewing. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm, and Saturday, 8 am-4 pm. We will be open for two Sunday events to encourage voting for the trials, on November 30 and December 7th, from 12 pm-3 pm. This is a prime opportunity to observe the performance and characteristics of each variety under real-world growing conditions. Attendees are encouraged to participate in the voting process, which provides valuable feedback to growers and breeders for years to come.The voting period for the Poinsettia Trials will run through December 7th, providing ample time for consideration.
