Join us for the 39th International Scout Rally
Held in September since 1987, the International Scout Rally (ISR) is a weekend of Scouting fun: camping, games, dutch oven cooking contests, theme, campsite decoration, costumes, and prizes. Above all it’s a time for fellowship and fun!

This is open to Scouts, BSA Troops, Venturing Crews, Sea Scout Ships, and Scouts Canada. Cub Scouts can be day visitors only. Survivor is the Theme for 2026.

Held at the Chippewa County Fairgrounds in Kinross of the Eastern Upper Peninsula on the 4th Weekend in September. Registration at the event starts at 1pm usually the Friday of the event.

Each attending unit is asked to bring some sort of game or skill event. These events usually take place in or near your campsite. Games can range from easy to difficult but make sure it's fun!

Are you ready to show us your chef skills?
Make sure that you bring all the ingredients you need for your recipe. Our Dutch Oven cooking competition is for both youth and adults! Judges determine the best recipe through taste, presentation, cooking process, and level of difficulty.

Bring your own Water containers, there is potable water onsite.
No Dogs or Pets. This is a human campout.
Leave your site better than you found it. We are guests at the Chippewa County Fairgrounds.
Please bring an off the ground fire pit if you desire a campfire.

The Black Sheep is our camp symbol and mascot. Each year Mama Sheep (and Baby Steve) is given to a selected outstanding unit. The unit that was the keepers of the sheep last year will present the sheep to the new unit. The sheep alternate between American and Canadian units and stay with them until the next year. Units can add ONE small patch or item to mama sheep's vest.

Adults will have mug-up on Saturday Evening so please bring a dish or a dessert to share (Cards, Euchre, and Cribbage will be provided).
