Through guided activities, interactions with our intuitive brumbies, and reflective exercises - you will be supported to dive deeper into your own heart.

You will explore core areas of self love:

- Not waiting to be "perfect" to be worthy of love

- Speaking to yourself with kindness instead of harsh judgment

Set in the peaceful surrounds of Kin Kin, this Retreat blends outdoor reflection and hands-on connection with horses. 

YOUR HOSTS

Join Alienor Le Gouvello, a trauma-informed counsellor specialising in Equine Assisted Therapy, for a hands-on retreat where women can explore and transform limiting beliefs through the wisdom of our herd of intuitive Brumbies. Alienor will be assisted by Marie Rene, Equine Assisted Therapist at Hoofbeats Sanctuary in Yandina.

Through guided activities, horse interactions, and reflective exercises, participants will gain deeper self-awareness, practical grounding tools, and space to reconnect with their inner strength — all within a peaceful, supportive outdoor setting.

No prior horse experience needed. Suitable for women aged 18 and up.
