Give yourself the sweetest kind of Valentine’s Day gift: deep rest and heart nourishing sound. Join Annette for an evening that blends restorative yoga with a multi-instrument sound bath. You’ll settle into fully supported floor-based poses while waves of sound from crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments gently guide your body and mind into deep relaxation. This is a time to slow down, soften, and receive soothing sound that nourishes the heart from the inside out.

This experience is all about expanding the heart through self-love, compassion, and the feeling of being held and supported. Expect soft lighting, warm props, calming breathwork, and to be cared for.
