Event 2 - 12inch Trap Bar DeadLift for reps  Beginners: 180kg 
Novice: 220kg 
60 Second Time Limit For Both Categories

Event 3 - Axle Bar Squats for reps 
Beginners: 150kg 
Novice: 170kg 
60 Second Time Limit For Both Categories
(1 unrack only and parallel heights will be taken before any lifts start! )

Event 4 - Yoke into Farmers for 15m Each
Beginners: 200kg into 90kg per hand 
Novice:  240kg into 110kg per hand 
75 Second Time Limit For Both Categories

Event 5 - Stone Run 
Beginners: 70, 80, 90, 100, 120kg 
Novice: 80, 90, 100, 120, 140kg 
60 Second Time Limit For Both Categories


Athletes Arrival for 9am 
Rules Meeting will be 9:30am
First Event will start 10am
