It’s still free access to the park and enjoy the actives going on in the try it sessions, music and play park. Picnic in the Park event is a family day out event with the equipment for the event aimed for little ones up to 13 years with an array of inflatables and three kids ride. Some of the equipment is suitable for older children and adults. We are not trying to be a theme park, just a place where the family can come for the day out, enjoy some inflatables, the parks play equipment, crazy golf, music on stage and some try it sessions. Community information stalls also sharing information plus face painting. Wristbands will be available for the paid for activities or pay per ride. Twister Runaway train Trampolines 3 kids rides including Toy set and Chair o planes Fun house Assault course Pirate Ship Slides 15 large inflatables in total. Plus we are looking at other options. Quite separate We will have a small kids ride and 3 inflatables in the little ones zone suitable for suggested age of 5 and under. Wristbands for this area only- £10 we would suggest as this is a quieter area suitability for some ASN conditions. KCE Wristband Prices 12 noon to 4.30pm £23 1pm to 4.30pm £20 2pm to 4.30pm £15 3pm to 4.30pm £12 These bands include access to the little ones zone for 6 and under. We will only sell on the day due to the number of scammers out there and payment is cash preferred for quickness. Catering on site burger van, donuts and franks ice cream van. Both the units take cash and card. You are also welcome to bring a picnic as the name suggests. There will be some other try it sessions we will also have Uncle Billy and Fabulous Fraser on hand entertaining the kids and some juggling. Parking on the day is readily available at Kilwinning Academy and Kilwinning College. We will have signs to direct you on the day. Please do not park in residential areas. Bike parking Available in park at bike racks and when full please lick to external fence near main dates. Buses Irvine /Kilbirnie/ Beith buses stop right outside the park. The number 11 route use the Howgate stop.
