That experience inspired her to become a movement facilitator and create spaces where others can experience that for themselves.Her sessions aren’t about learning dance steps or getting the movement “right.” They’re about creating a space where expression is welcome. The dance has no choreography, you’re invited to let your body lead instead of your mind.She create a space where people can explore joy, freedom, playfulness, excitement and curiosity, while also making room for the emotions we often ignore or push away.
