NLNL is a casual, free-form dance class held in low-light conditions, created for the pure joy of movement. There are no steps to learn, no mirrors and no expectations – just you, the music and the freedom to move however your body wants to. This is a judgment-free, substance-free, inclusive space – no dance experience is needed.

Expect an eclectic, feel-good playlist packed with classics designed to keep you moving.

What to bring:

- An open mind (lycra optional 😉)
