New Year Rest Retreat

Sunday, 4th January, 2026: Join us for a few hours to rest and restore with Reiki drumming from Jacqui, wholesome snacks and tea, Meditation and Yoga Nidra. 3pm till 6pm at St Columba's Church Hall, Stewarton. Payment by donation, pay what you can: £0 to £30. All welcome. Start the New Year with peace and a pause. 🙏🧘🏽‍♀️
A bit about Reiki drumming from Jacqui:
"Reiki Drum is a combination of Shamanic Drumming with the protective healing energy of Reiki. The beat of the drum works in tandem with the beautiful universal energy of Reiki, it can facilitate a deep connection to the earth and can provide healing on a physical, mental and spiritual level."
