Mind, body, and spirit unite with dynamic, fluid movement that focuses on maintaining the synchronicity of breath and movement, as well as, alignment and activation, throughout the entrance, transitions, and exit of poses. This class includes fun, yet challenging, balances and transitions that give us the opportunity to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve cardiovascular endurance and resiliency, so that when life happens, and it will, we are able to more easily go with the flow and and create a practice, and life, that is truly your own.

Undo & Renew, with slow-paced, gentle movements synced with your breath that targets tight muscles and stiff joints. This class consists of mainly seated and floor postures; uses blankets, bolsters, and props to support the body to hold poses for deep release.
In addition to asana (the physical practice), which facilitates a deeper connection to, and control of, the breath and mind, pranayama (breathwork) and
guided meditation help to cultivate a more cohesive, integrated practice.
Incorporating various sound instruments including gongs, singing bowls, and chimes allows you time to relax and relieve tension, as well as being a great way to balance energy and the nervous system.
All-levels & beginner friendly!
