Join us in a peer-led support group, for women veterans by women veterans, committed to recovery from trauma, mental health challenges and substance use. We aim to foster self-awareness, spiritual connection, and collective healing.
Each month will have a rotation of different focuses
Week 1: Journaling and self-reflection | "Finding Me" topics
Week 2: Body scan meditation practice
Week 3: Art Therapy Focusing on chakras and color theory
Week 4: Mindfulness Meditation and Self-Awareness Exercises
