Bring fluidity and ease into your current running form. Bring a sense of relaxation into your running, reducing tension and promoting speed with ease. Bring awareness to your posture, breathing armswing, cadence and alignment. Suitable for all runners..seasoned racers, triathletes, recreational runners and beginners. This Chi Running Technique workshop is a 2 hour session suitable for those of you new to Chi Running or have already attended a Chi Running workshop and would like the opportunity to refresh and hone your running form. I will be teaching the principles of Chi Running through drills and practice intervals to ensure a good understanding of this injury reducing, energy efficient running technique. I provide you with video observations of your running form..this can be an invaluable resource to all runners. Social distancing and proper hygiene practices will be adhered to at all times. Workshop will take place in the Iverk Showfields Piltown Co.Kilkenny and spaces will be limited. Payment of €30 can be made via PayPal link or in person on the morning. Thanks guys
