Light Up The Parish Vehicle Charity run will take place on Saturday 13th December starting at Donohues Horse Sales Yard Goresbridge.
Our aim is to raise funds for Saplings School Goresbridge, Co. Kilkenny. Saplings School educates children with Autism and Complex Needs between the ages of 5 and 18. The school offers child-centred, autism specific education through evidence-based interventions. All students have a primary diagnosis of Autism and a secondary diagnosis of a mild, moderate, or severe/profound learning disability. These children need a lot of extra support in school on a daily basis. Your charity will go a long way to support them in their education.
Registration is @ 2.00pm.
Our special guest appearance is Sammy Heaney!! ⭐ She will judge our best dressed vehicles!
We have a coffee dock, Polly Put The Kettle On, for all your coffee and tea needs!! We also have Dolly's, your favourite chipper, ready to serve!!
Departure is @ 4pm from Goresbridge, driving through Paulstown, Gowran and then back to Goresbridge.
After the event, there is music and raffle to follow in The Barrow Breeze @ 8pm.
