Chi Running Technique Workshop
Chi Running technique promotes energy efficiency and sets the foundation to reduce the risk of injury and improve performance. It’s primary focus is postural alignment, encouraging an active armswing to take the pressure off your legs so you can move forward as a balanced, aligned unit. The end result is running with ease, fluidity and minimal effort.
This is a 2 hour session, suitable for those of you who are new to Chi Running or have already attended a workshop and would like the opportunity to consolidate and advance your understanding of the Chi Running technique.
I teach the principles of Chi Running through drills and practice to ensure a good understanding of proper running form, focusing on posture, arm swing, cadence, breath, tackling hills and much more.
Suitable for all runners..seasoned racers, triathletes, recreational runners and beginners.
I provide you with video observations of your running form..this can be an invaluable resource to all runners.
Social distancing and proper hygiene practices will be adhered to at all times. Workshop will take place in the Iverk Showfields Piltown Co.Kilkenny and spaces will be limited.
