Urban Camp Weekend Fest

Thursday

June 18th 2026

Location: 3131 FM 1252 Kilgore Texas

1:00 pm – 10:00 pm – Early Arrival and check-in! Show your name and driver’s license at the check-in tent upon entry. If you rented an RV through RVshare it’s likely already there waiting for you. Thursday is the perfect day to set up relax and ease into the weekend. Guests may drive directly to their campsites to unload—this is the only day vehicle access is allowed at campsites.

As night falls the DJs begin sound checks that naturally turn into a laid-back pre-party setting the vibe for the days ahead.

Friday

June 19th 2026

Location: 3131 FM 1252 Kilgore Texas

9:00 am – 12:00 pm – Continue setting up your campsite and meet your neighbors—teamwork makes it easier and more fun.

All tickets must be purchased online; no payments are accepted at the gate or registration.

12:00 pm 6:30 pm– Join in field games volleyball and other outdoor activations throughout the day.

6:30 pm – 8:30 pm – Meet and Greet + Happy Hour. A great time to mix mingle and enjoy the open bar.

8:30 pm – 10:30 pm – Movie Night & Karaoke. Sing laugh and kick off the weekend energy.

11:00 pm – 3:00 am – Theme party announced

Saturday

June 20th 2026

Location: Kilgore Texas

All Day! Day passes are available for those only coming on Saturday. For vendors wanting to sign up click HERE!

10:00 am – 11:00 am – Morning Yoga – A relaxing flow to get the day started. Beginners welcome.

11:00 am – 12:00 pm – Line Dance with MeMe – Learn a few southern-soul moves and warm up for the day.1:00 pm – 6:00 pm Camp Water Games and Activities

6:30 pm – 8:00 pm – Camp Field Games and social activities across the grounds.

9:00 pm – 11:00 pm – Open Mic Live Music and the Camp Comedy Jam. Bring your lawn chair canopy or blanket and enjoy the entertainment at the main stage.

11:00 pm – 3:00 am – Theme Party

Sunday

June 21st 2026

8:00 am – 3:00 pm – Ease into the day grab breakfast and enjoy a relaxed wrap-up with your new friends before heading home.
