'Attributes of a Godly Leader'

Drive, Determination and Desire are the key factors to the success of any organization or ministry. There are several questions that you have to ask yourself if you will be successful in any work or ministry. “Am I doing what God has called me to do?” If not, “what is it that I feel is my strength?” “What do I see God calling me to?” “What do I hope to accomplish in the ministry?” “What are my goals, plans, and desires for the Kingdom of God?” These are simple questions asked because of a simple understanding; we don’t lead by our words; we lead by our actions. A truth to understand is that we teach what we know, but we reproduce what we are. Those following may hear your words, but they will follow your example. This week we will look at some keys to promote and accomplish your task of continuing as or in becoming the leader God wants you to be. Let us call them the Beatitudes or the Attributes of Leadership.
