Summer yoga weekend with Franny June 6th - 8th

WHEN : June 6th - June 8th, 2025 ( Friday 4 p.m - Sunday 2 p.m)

VENUE : Villa Bizorenda, Karsznice ( 90 km from Cracow), swimming pool and sauna

available for you, kayaks (additional 60 PLN per person )

MEALS : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner / vegetarian ( coffee, tea and water available all the time)

Friday June 6

2.30 - p.m arrival & accomodation

4 p.m - welcome and introduction

5 p.m - 6 p.m basic vinyasa flow

6.45 p.m - dinner

8.30 - 9.30 tratak (candle gazing) meditation & yoga nidra


Saturday June 7

7.30 - a.m morning energizing pranayama and vinyasa flow

9.30 - a.m breakfast & free time ( sauna, swimming pool, relax )

1 p.m - lunch

2 p.m - 5 p.m kayak time or walk in the forest / chill&relax free time

5 p.m -6.30 p.m asana lab

7 p.m dinner

8.30 p.m - 9.30 p,m opening heart meditation led by Ewa



Sunday June 8

7.30 am morning energizing pranayama and vinyasa flow

9.30 am breakfast

10.30 am – 12.00 chill&relax free time (sauna, swimming etc.)

12.00 – 1 pm get together, hugs & good bye

1.30 p.m lunch
