You will learn a badass routine and work on exotic tricks, how to use a static pole, gymnastics tricks, Russian dance technique, choreographed transitions and various grip switches to merge pole elements with floor work!

13:00-14:30 HARD STYLE EXOTIC TRICKS&KIPS 90 MIN ALL LEVELS
Learn from Laurena, hard style exotic dancer and ex international gymnast, how to use the static pole to do dynamic transition. She will also share her top floor work combinations to spice up your exotic routine.

14:45-16:15 HARD EXOTIC CHOREO SNEAKER 90 MIN ALL LEVELS
Laurena signature! you will learn a more hip/hop, badass routine and work on exotic tricks, choreographed transitions and various grip switches to merge pole elements with floor work! Forget the heels and let's explore new way to dance around a pole
