Sound Bath

This is one of my my beautiful Tibetan sound bowls. It makes a deep, resonant sound. Everyone feels it in their body slightly differently but for me I feel it resonate at my root, my core, the vibrations clearing and shifting the energy there. You can see the vibrations of the bowl in the water, imagine what it is doing to the fluids in the body!

We have one space left for our Sound and Reiki event on 26th October.

I am also holding a sound healing event on Sunday 7th December, spaces are available me for this one too.
