Cowboy chef Kent Rollins returns to Lehman’s on April 25, 2026!
Join us for an unforgettable outdoor event celebrating hearty Western cooking, cast-iron traditions, and plenty of cowboy humor. Doors open at 10:00 AM, with the main program taking place from 10:30–11:30 AM, where Kent will entertain the crowd with his storytelling, cooking tips, and down-home charm.
Following the program, fans are invited to enjoy a book signing and meet-and-greet with Kent until 1:00 PM. Don’t miss this chance to laugh, learn, and connect with a true cowboy cooking legend.
During the event, guests will be able to purchase Kent Rollins cookbooks, seasonings, sauces, kitchen tools, and select merchandise.

About Kent Rollins
Kent Rollins is a cowboy, chuck wagon cook, and storyteller best known for his down-home approach to traditional Western cooking. He and his wife Shannon are the creators of the popular Cowboy Kent Rollins YouTube channel, with over 3.5 million followers, where they share cast-iron recipes, ranch-style meals, and the history behind the food. You can also follow them on The Cast Iron Cowboy on the Outdoor Channel, a television series that takes viewers to working ranches across the country, where they cook for cowboys and preserve the traditions of chuck wagon cuisine.
