- **Event Description**: We warmly invite all parents and carers of students at Gosford Hill School to our next Parents CAN (Connect & Natter) session on Monday 22nd June, from 9:15am-10:45am in TR1. Parents CAN provides a welcoming opportunity to connect with other GHS parents, share experiences, and access information and support on topics that matter to families. For those unable to attend in person, the session will also be available online, making it easier for everyone to join.

This month's workshop, "Toxic Friendships and Online Spaces: What Parents Need to Know," will be led by Lucy Howard, a former Detective Chief Inspector with the Metropolitan Police and a recognised specialist in online wellbeing, cyberbullying prevention, digital safety, and positive digital footprints. Lucy was also the Online Safety Lead for five years with a national anti- bullying charity and brings a wealth of experience in helping parents support their children in an increasingly digital world.

Whether you are concerned about online safety, navigating friendships, or simply want to learn more about how to support your child online, this promises to be an engaging and informative session. If you would like to attend, please RSVP via this Google Form (https://forms.gle/uQ1YbQgbbx61AYaUA) so we have an idea of numbers.
