I am so excited to bring you this deeply special offering with some special singing at the beginning and end of the session.

This deeply nourishing session will offer you the opportunity to snuggle in and reawaken the light within.
What is a soundbath/journey?
This is an immersion of sound and frequency. You are required to relax comfortably whilst different instruments are used to promote softening and awakening within.
Think vibration and how this impacts the physical, emotional and the energetic body. Every day we are subjected to many different vibrations and frequencies that are all around us. These subtle energies affect parts of the body differently depending on the level of Hertz (the number of times a sound wave repeats itself) for example if we consider body organs, the brain responds to higher frequency than the skeletal system.
Think about what happens when you listen to certain types of music and how it makes you feel.
Each instrument is used in harmony to support the body, mind and environment. Connecting to the seasons and cycles to ensure you are supported to receive a deeply nourishing and safe experience that promotes overall wellbeing.
I will be bringing most of my sacred instruments for this session and adorning the space with cosy cosmic lighting to allow for a sense of peace, rest and deep relaxation.
You will need to bring a yoga mat if you have one (I do have some available for those that don't) and anything that supports you to feel comfortable. For example blankets and pillows. There is also an option to be seated if required.
The sacred exchange for this session is £20.00 and a percentage of the proceeds will be donated to a homeless charity.
