ALL RABHA NATIONAL COUNCIL is a society amongst the RABHA caste, predominantly residing in Assam, Meghalaya, West Bengal, Tripura, and also found in Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, etc. The ALL RABHA NATIONAL COUNCIL (ARNC) serves as a representative body for socio-ecological development, cultural preservation, and human reassurance development within the RABHA community. As ARNC approaches its centennial anniversary in January 2026, a five-day ceremony will be held in Tangla City to commemorate this milestone. 🎊👏💥🔥💕
