As the year reaches its midpoint, many of us carry pressure, expectations, and self-judgment. Through music, breath, simple movement, and moments of stillness, this Soul Dance invites you to put those burdens down and reconnect with yourself with kindness.

No performance.
No pressure.
No experience required.

Just an opportunity to breathe, move, and remember that you are worthy of the same compassion you so freely offer others.

Held on the shoreline at Gonubie Main Beach, this guided silent disco wellness experience is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
