Yin and Sound Bath at Bristol Goddess Temple

A 90 minute Yin and Sound Bath at the idyllic @bristolgoddesstemple. A gentle Yin Yoga practice followed by a Sound Bath from the wonderful @hannahrachelbedford for total peace and rejuvenation. There will be tea upon arrival and please bring blankets, mats and any other comfort you would like. Friday 9th May from 7:30pm. Booking can be made at trimukhayoga.com
