Join certified yoga instructor Anita for Yoga Mix!
This is a slow flow Vinyasa class where we move mindfully from posture to posture connecting breath with movement. No previous yoga experience is needed. The emphasis is on connecting breath, body, mind and spirit--options will be offered in each practice so you can find what works best for your body in the moment.
Benefits of a yoga practice can include increased flexibility, strength, mental clarity, self acceptance and decreased stress and relief from anxiety or depression.
For each class:
-Bring your own yoga mat and any yoga props you use
-A waiver will provided and must be signed before participating
-Open to ages 18+, no experience necessary.
-Wear comfortable clothes.
Class is located on the lower level of the library which is only accessible by stairs.
