✅ Donor Tips for Success:
To make sure you're eligible and feeling your best on the day of the drive:
Hydrate: Drink plenty of water 24–48 hours before your appointment.
Fuel Up: Eat a healthy, iron-rich meal within 4 hours of donating.
Bring ID: A photo ID is required to register.
Age/Weight: Donors must be at least 17 years old (16 with a signed parental consent form) and weigh at least 110 lbs.
