Join the Due North Team and the Incredible Record Breaking Fell Runner Nicky Spinks for some beautiful Trail Running

Join the Due North Team of female Run Leaders and Mountain leaders on some beautiful leisurley guided trail runs in the Yorkshire Dales. Record Breaking Fell running legend Nicky Spinks will lead a session on hill techniques and how to be a more efficcent fell/trail runner.

Followed by a talk about Nicky's journey from farmer to fell runner.

Sessions are broken down with breaks and are suitable for mixed ability, but this is a group for women who are already running, who would like to build confidence on trail/Fell. If you have never run at all before, please take a look at our Walking group which is on offer at the same time and place which can also be found on eventbrite by Due North Events
