tai chi qigong taster session

This taster session will introduce some of the basics of qigong practice including standing posture, movement and breathing. Find out about your coordination, leg strength and balance with a short routine of only 5 different movements. The session costs £10 and you're advised to wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat shoes. please contact me to book your place.
