Sell-to-the-Council Workshop and Social Enterprise Showcase 2025

Join us for the NNSE 2025 showcase to celebrate social enterprises from across North Northamptonshire and help strengthen the ability of our wider voluntary, community and social enterprise sector (VCSE) to supply the local authority.

This year we are pleased to combine this annual event with a practical information and workshop morning series of sessions. By joining forces with North Northamptonshire Council we can connect VCSE organisations to potential customers and provide guidance to help local social enterprises and others in the VCSE sector sell services, products and hire facilities to the wider public sector.

The event is hosted by North Northants Social Enterprise network in collaboration with North Northamptonshire Council Public Health and the Aspire NN partnership. It is organised for local VCSE representatives, local authority officers and councillors in a bid to build valuable connections and share knowledge.

After registration and a welcome, there will be information from Public Health and North Northamptonshire Council’s Procurement team providing practical information on how to find out about opportunities and how to be equipped to win contracts or supply as a sub contractor. This will be followed by a chance to discuss challenges and solutions in groups followed by feedback, round up and the official launch of a new local tool to enable good connections between buyers and VCSE sellers.

A buffet lunch will be served and provide the time and opportunity for delegates to meet local social enterprises, see their display stands and learn about their offerings to hopefully build strong relationships for mutual benefit.

Tickets are free of charge and need to be booked on Eventbrite. This event if open to any North Northants VCSE organisation representatives, Friends of NNSE, officers/elected members from any of the local authorities in the county and other invited guests.
