Kettering Youth Theatre Group's 50th Year!
Deep in an enchanted forest, our beautiful Princess Rapunzel sings wistfully from her tower, dreaming of the day she can escape the clutches of the wicked witch, Gothel!
Gothel keeps poor Rapunzel locked away, using the magic of her golden hair to stay young, fabulous, and oh-so-gorgeous!
Meanwhile, the dashing Prince Leo is doing his best to dodge his parents’ hopeless matchmaking plans. He’s not looking for just any princess; he wants someone brave, kind, and musically gifted! When he hears of the mysterious Princess Rapunzel, he knows he simply must rescue her!
But will true love conquer all? Will good triumph over evil? And will they live happily ever after? There’s only one way to find out!
Join KYTG’s talented cast, new and old, for this magical festive treat; a fantastical pantomime packed with songs, laughter, and adventure for all ages. Clap, cheer, boo, hiss, and join us on a journey to the marvellous land of Quiffendale!
