January Wine Dinner

Save the date -- and your seat -- for our first wine dinner of the year! These monthly dinners are all about celebrating the beauty of wine and unlocking new levels of taste with creative culinary pairings.


Course 1:
Rombauer Chardonnay (Carneros) with Fried wonton, crispy coconut shrimp, sweet and spicy passion fruit & Aji Amarillo glaze

Course 2:
Clarendelle Rouge (France) with Grilled Iberico Pork skirt steak tacos, soft tortilla, torched corn, avocado and queso fresco topped with cilantro salsa

Course 3:
Catena Malbec (Appellation Altamira, Argentina) with chicken milanesa (chicken breast pounded, seasoned and breaded then fry in butter…yummy) topped with ham cheese and tomato sauce , roasted potatoes.

Course 4:
Vietti Nebbiolo Perbacco (DOC, Italy) paired with Peposo, a traditional Tuscan beef stew cooked in red wine and pepper corns, served with creamy polenta.

Course 5:
Dr Loosen Sparkling Riesling (Germany) with Apple strudel, flaky pastry filled with spiced apples, raisins and cinnamon served with vanilla ice cream
