Paw Paw Shelter with Campfire 

Our November Howl at The Moon Yoga session takes place at picturesque Hills and Dales Metropark! Join us for a donation based all levels yoga and playful movement session under the glow of the Beaver moon. 

Bring a mat or blanket for comfort . You know we will howl during this session to embrace your call of the wild. Yes, this session is outside. We rented the Paw Paw shelter that includes a fireplace. The fire will be stoked to warm our bodies while we nourish our souls throughout the session. 

Recommended donation of $15 to help cover cost of shelter rental and firewood 

Tom Helbig, instructor, is the playful owner of Tomfoolery Outdoors, lives in his van and offers yoga sessions while traveling around the USA.
