Cardio Line Dance

Line dancing offers several health benefits, both physical and
mental, and is a fun way to socialize and get fit!

-Boosts flexibility and range of motion
-Strengthens muscles and joints

Learn easy-to-follow dance routines set to various music
styles. No dance experience needed—just bring your energy
and enthusiasm! Wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and
bring a water bottle. Classes are brought to you at no cost
by RetireMed, our local partner in Medicare.
