Breathe + Balance Group Breathwork Session

Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck? Breathwork can help you release the weight of heavy emotions, quiet your racing mind, and reconnect with your body.

This session uses a three-part conscious connected breathing technique paired with a powerful playlist to guide you through a deeply transformative experience. You’ll release stuck energy and limiting beliefs while inviting clarity, calm, and emotional balance.

Led by Lindsay Kearns, LPC, who has been facilitating breathwork sessions since 2022, these sessions offer expert guidance and compassionate support.

Breathwork is an opportunity to ground yourself, let go of what’s no longer serving you, and step into a space of renewal and empowerment. Every session is unique to what you need, offering emotional release, reduced stress, and a sense of deep connection.
