ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS YOGA TRAPEZE WORKSHOP.
Come and learn how to fly your way to fitness.
For safety reasons students must have ideally completed a Beginners session before being considered for Yoga Trapeze Group Classes.
You will look at the basics of a Yoga Trapeze practice including;
Safety while practicing Yoga Trapeze.
The Benefits of practicing Yoga Trapeze.
How to breathe properly when practicing Yoga.
How to hang the Yoga Trapeze equipment.
Warm up moves before practicing Yoga Trapeze.
How to hang upside down on the Yoga Trapeze.
Try some of the basic strengthening & stretching exercises we use the Yoga Trapeze for.
Cool down stretches.
Ending with a final relaxation using the Yoga Trapeze as a suspended cocoon.
The inversion classes are not suitable for some students. All students must inform me of any medical condition, injury or current treatment before signing up for classes so I can confirm if the classes would be suitable for you.
