A Tasting with Friends

Join the Friends of the Washington-Centerville Public Library at a benefit celebrating local authors, reading, fine wine and local spirits at the new, indoor event center at Benham’s Grove!

A Tasting with Friends: Authors, Spirits, and Small Bites will occur on February 26, 2026. Proceeds from this exciting event will support the expansion of Creativity Commons, as well as other library programs and initiatives. VIP tickets will be available with early entry and upscale wines!

Meet and mingle with local authors, who will be paired with wines inspired by their books, which will be available for purchase. Attendees will taste fine wines as well as Spirits provided by Heavier than Air Brewing Co and Freedom Whiskey.

Heavy appetizers and live music will be included in this special evening. A silent auction will also take place.
