- **Event Description**: In the midst of the busyness of the festive season comes the Winter Solstice.  The day when the Sun appears to stand still, reminding us to slow down and invite some stillness into our lives.

Kirsty and Trudie look forward to welcoming you to this truly special and unique evening where we come together to access the powerful combination of Cacao and Drum.

We begin our evening with an opportunity to slow down and sink deep into meditation guided by the  nourishing and healing energy of Cacao. We'll light candles to symbolise the return of the sun and to remind us that even in the darkest of night, light will return. 
The powerful vibrations of the drum will guide us further still, allowing us to access deep relaxation, clarity and peace.

Following an opportunity for sharing we will finish our evening with delicious cakes, herbal tea and Oracle cards.

Our intention is for you to leave feeling deeply rested, nourished and replenished ready for the festivities ahead. 

No need to bring a yoga mat - i provide chunky floor mattresses for a more comfortable experience. 

*** Contraindications***
Sound baths may not be suitable for people with certain health conditions such as epilepsy, tinnitus, first trimester of pregnancy, synthetic medical implants (pacemakers), hip/knee replacements and severe mental health conditions. 
It is recommended that you contact your medical professional before booking a session if you have any concerns.
