Spa & Sound Healing Evening

We are delighted that we have scheduled are next ever popular Spa & Sound Healing Evening for 27th February 2026
£55 per person

Unwind with an evening of deep relaxation and restorative sound.
Your experience includes:

5.00–6.00pm: Use of spa facilities, with robe and towel hire
6.00–8.00pm: Sound Healing Workshop — 60 minutes of crystal bowl sound healing followed by 30 minutes of slow‑flow yoga

The healing frequencies of the crystal bowls help slow the mind, calm the nervous system, and invite profound rest. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply at peace — the signature of crystal bowl therapy.

Refreshments: Herbal tea, flavoured water, fresh fruit salad, and raw cacao bites.
