After a morning in silence, we’ll break for a catered lunch (included) and enjoy time to connect, reflect, or unwind with access to an infrared sauna, outdoor hot tub by the lake, and scenic walking trails.

The afternoon continues with another meditation style, followed by Q&A and sharing with Certified Meditation Teacher Dawn Deiman.

We’ll close the day with a deeply restorative sound bath experience led by Brooke Dustin of The Mossy Crone, leaving you grounded, clear, and renewed.
