TENT OF MEETING – DECK BUILDING DAY 🛠️🔥
We’ve got something really special happening at the Genesis House, and I’d love to invite our Kerrville family to be part of it.
Prodigal Road Ministries was recently gifted a 23' prayer yurt from our friends at Transformation Church. 🙌 This space is going to serve as a “Tent of Meeting” on the property—a place for worship, inner healing, one-on-one ministry, and quiet time with the Lord for the men in our program and our community.
To get it ready, we’re hosting a Deck Building Day to build the platform it will sit on:

After praying and seeking wisdom, our Board really felt that this needed to be a volunteer-supported project—something we build together as a house and as a community, sowing into what God is establishing here.
Our board member Art Lenard, who has decades of experience as a home builder, will be leading the project, and our Genesis House men will be working alongside volunteers from the community.
This isn’t a mandatory work day for anyone—it’s an opportunity. If your heart is stirred to help us build a place of encounter for these men and for this region, we’d be honored to have you join us.
👉 Ways you can help:
Come out and lend a hand on the deck crew
Bring basic tools if you have them (impact, drill, tape measure, speed square, etc.)
Pray over the land and the men as we work
Our goal is to have this deck ready in time for our two-year anniversary celebration on New Year’s Eve, so that this Tent of Meeting can be a place where the presence of God meets every man who walks this property.
