Through three guided writing exercises, participants will:

✨ Reflect on life's challenges

✨ Discover the meaning we give those experiences

✨ Move toward healing, hope, and light

Whether you are an experienced writer or have never kept a journal, this welcoming workshop offers a supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and personal journey.

No writing experience is required.
