In this session, Lori will guide you step-by-step to create a stunning "Grateful Tree." No prior artistic experience is needed, making this a pressure-free space to unwind, enjoy light refreshments, and connect with fellow participants.


Focusing on one pen stroke at a time is a proven shortcut to quieting a busy mind and shifting your brain into a peaceful state of "flow." This hands-on practice helps dial down stress, ease anxiety, and give your nervous system a much-needed reset. If traditional seated meditation feels difficult for you, drawing these simple patterns offers the same calming, mindful benefits while keeping your hands happily engaged.


To celebrate our community, every attendee will be entered into our Grateful Giveaway! Award-winning flutist Sherry Finzer has graciously donated an Eastern Red Cedar Native American-style flute (Key of A minor), and one lucky winner will take home the flute plus a free lesson. (P.S. Sherry is also performing live at the studio on Sunday, September 20th at 6:00 PM!) Spots are limited to just 20 students, so reserve yours today!
