2:15-2:45 PM – Family Orientation
All 6th–9th grade students and their parents will begin together in the gym. After a brief welcome, all students will be dismissed to their homeroom classrooms, where they will meet their homeroom teacher and review important school policies, expectations, schedules, and procedures for the upcoming year.

Parents will remain in the gym for a separate session covering many of the same topics, along with additional information about the school year, communication, and ways to support their student's success.

2:45: All parents of 9th graders will go directly upstairs for an information session in the high school room. (Parents with another child in middle school will get a chance to float afterwards)

2:45-4:00 PM (Floating) – Student and Parent Sessions
Families will have the chance to tour the classrooms, meet the teachers, drop off school supplies (optional), receive important information about the upcoming year, and ask any questions before school begins. Each student will receive a folder with our family handbook, teacher pages, and a few other forms that will need to be signed & returned.

**Open House is intended as a meet-and-greet and an opportunity to learn about the upcoming school year. It is not the appropriate setting for individual conferences or discussions regarding personal student matters.
To ensure every family has the opportunity to meet with teachers, we ask that any student-specific questions or concerns be addressed by scheduling a separate conference after Open House.
