In this inspiring workshop, you’ll explore painting, collage, mark-making and words while working layer by layer in your own personal art journal.
Guided creative prompts support you in getting started, while leaving plenty of space for your own ideas, feelings and rhythms.
There is no right or wrong here.
This workshop is about the process, not perfection — about allowing something to emerge, rather than trying to control the outcome.
Set in a warm, relaxed atmosphere, this session offers you time to slow down, reconnect with yourself and enjoy creative expression as a form of reflection and self-care.
